We understand waiting for orders to arrive is kind of like waiting for the snow to fall in winter so our aim is to impress you with our fast flat-rate delivery options. As a general rule the delivery times outlined below are the maximum you can expect so don’t be surprised if your order shows up much sooner!

Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping (2- 8 Business Days) = $9.99 or Free if Order Value Over $99

  • To qualify for FREE Shipping the total value of products ordered must be over $99
  • Orders that do not qualify for FREE shipping will be charged a $9.99 shipping fee
  • The delivery address must be within Australia
  • The item must weigh less than 5kg and not be considered bulky (see below for definition)
  • Delivery times are for metro areas only (but are usually accurate Australia-wide)

Express Shipping (1-3 Business Days) = $19.95

  • The delivery address must be within Australia
  • The item must weigh less than 5kg and not be considered bulky (see below for definition)
  • Delivery times are for metro areas only (but are usually accurate Australia-wide)
    48 hours is otherwise defined as two business days (i.e. not public holidays, or weekends)
  • Orders placed before 1pm (est) provides us with the best chance to get your order dispatched same day

Bulky Items (4-10 Business Days) = $19.99

Bulky items or products that weigh more than 5kg and/or do not fit in a satchel will incur an increased delivery cost and time frame as they must be sent using a road freight service. These can include items such as rucksacks, large mattresses and paddles. Bulky items will be sent via road freight and cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.

Most bulky items will incur a flat $19.99 bulky shipping charge.  Some VERY bulky items (such as kayaks) fall into our POA (Price on application) category.

Price on Application Items (4-10 Business Days)

In respect of ‘Shipping’ orders for products labelled as Price on Application (POA) will be subject to additional time frames.  Upon placement of order we will seek a freight quotation for your specific location and you will be contacted by our customer service team with a delivery cost and time-frame.  Shipment fees will be additional to the purchase price of the goods and will be billed in a separate transaction.

P.O. Boxes & Private Bags (4-10 Business Days)

Deliveries to P.O. Boxes, Locked or Private Bags or other non-standard, business or residential addresses can take extra time to deliver as the goods are freighted using an alternative freight provider.

Our distribution centre and freight companies operate Monday to Friday for order dispatching and deliveries (excluding public holidays).

Order Tracking

Orders to Australian destinations are shipped by Australia Post e-parcel post, express post delivery or most suitable courier for your location. Online tracking is available in most instances and can be chosen at checkout. Large items are often sent by other carriers who will get your products there as fast and safely as possible.

Care and Handling

Items are packed with durable strength packaging to protect the items inside on the journey to you. All items are checked prior to packing and handled with great care to ensure that each item is guaranteed to be dispatched in perfect condition. Offtrack is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods whilst in transit.

Delivery Delays

If a product needs to be placed on back order to fulfil your request we will notify you by email if we believe dispatch will exceed normal freight times. We endeavour to process and dispatch orders promptly and efficiently and almost always dispatch within 1 to 2 days. The shipping time frames provided on this website indicate approximate shipping times only – they are not guaranteed delivery times. Offtrack cannot be held responsible for delays in parcels arriving at their destinations.

Change of Address

The shipping address for your order is shown at checkout, on your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails.  In the event that an incorrect address was entered, address changes can only be made prior to dispatch. Offtrack cannot accommodate all address change requests, but we’ll try.

Offtrack takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.

Authority to Leave Without Signature

If you have selected ‘true’ for this option then our freight provider will not require a signature to leave your order at the delivery address. By selecting this option Offtrack waives all responsibility for your order once it has been delivered.  Once our freight providers confirm delivery, your order is your responsibility and no claims can be made against Offtrack so please use this option at your own risk.
